Our phase is part of the larger Hawaiian Gardens complex, known for its beautifully maintained landscapes, social activities, and unique community spirit.

Phase 3 includes several well-maintained residential buildings, surrounded by gardens, walking paths, and shared spaces designed for relaxation and socializing.

The 6 buildings are identified by flower names: Violet (30 units), Yucca (36 units), Willows (30 units), Usnea (30 units), Sunflower (42 units), and Tulip (30 units), for a total of 198 units.

Hawaiian Gardens – Phase 3 is, above all, a welcoming, peaceful, and vibrant living environment where it’s a pleasure to live together.

Located about 20 minutes by car from the port and the airport, it is served by two major highways with easy and quick access (I-95 and the Turnpike). The various phases (1 to 8) of Hawaiian Gardens are close to numerous restaurants, golf courses, casinos, the BB&T Center (home arena of the Florida Panthers), and many well-known shops, including the famous Sawgrass Mills shopping center.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach is approximately 20 minutes from our Phase 3.
